Jong-Ho Bae who is in Ph.D course at SMDL (Left) received an award from Hynix at Korean Conference on Semiconductors (KCS).

KCS is the biggest and best semiconductor conference in Korea. Jong-Ho Bae win the prize for Dual-Gate p-GaN gate HEMTs for Steep Subthreshold Slope.
